Deed. Fowler to Hilo?

This Indenture made this 3rd day of Jany in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fourteen between Joseph Fowler of the County of Estill and State of Kentucky of ___ one part and James Hilo? of the County and State aforesaid of the other other part ____ that the said Joseph Fowler for and in consideration of the same of [no amount]    current money of the state aforesaid to him in hand paid the receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge had granted bargained and sold and do by these presents grant bargain & sell alean im___ and confirm unto the said James Hill a certain tract or parcel of Land situated  lying and being in the County and State aforesaid on main Station Camp Creek (the Land whereon the said Hill now lives containing eighty seven acres (more or less) and is bound as follows towit. Beginning at a white oak tree corn to Robert Wells thens N16˚ E 96 poles .....
to two buckeyes on the bank of Station Camp Creek thence up said Creek heading on th meanders thereof N 26˚ W 30 poles S 53˚ W 10 poles to a Stake and thence S 97˚ W 74 poles crossing Station Camp Creek to the beginning -- Together with all its singular benefits hereditament & appretenances to the James Hilo & his heirs forever & the said Joseph Fowler doth further agree for himself his heirs Executors Administrators & assigns to forever warrant and defend a good sufficient Indefesible right tittle in fee simple of the aforesaid land and premises to the said James Hill his heirs executors administrators & assigns forever from all and every person or persons whatever claiming or to claims  witness whereof the said Joseph Fowler hath him and  ___ to set  his hand & seal the day and year above written.

I Robert P Clark  clerk of the court for the county aforesaid herby certify that the Indenture of Bargain and sale from Joseph Fowler to James Hilo was exhibited to me in my office on the 3rd day of Jany 1815 and acknowledged by the said Joseph Fowler & Elizabeth his wife to be ____ and deed ___ Elzabeth being first privately examined separate and apart from her said husband and She ___ relinguished her right of Dower _______.....
